In short

What is the Copilot course?

The Copilot course is a hands-on, incompany training of half a day in which a team learns to prompt and work with Microsoft 365 Copilot across Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook.

Sessions run in English or Dutch, on site or online, and adapt to each role group. Copilot Cursus has trained 2,500+ employees and worked with AI daily since 2022.

Prefer a different format? Choose the incompany training at your own office or the Copilot course programme in three parts. For professional services and manufacturing and industry there are variants with examples from daily practice.

Why this course

Not a demo, but skills

Hands-on from minute one

A short explanation, then you practise in your own environment. That is what sticks.

Tailored per role group

Sales practises with proposals, finance with Excel analyses. Everyone leaves with their own prompts.

Independent trainers

We have worked with AI daily since 2022 and say honestly what Copilot does not do well.

Course content

What does it cover?

The exact mix follows your level and goals. This is the backbone of every training:

Getting to know Copilot

How the technology works and what that means for reliability and privacy.

Copilot in your daily apps

Hands-on in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook, with your kind of work.

Writing effective prompts

A reusable prompt structure: context, role, goal, format and examples.

Strengths and limits

Where Copilot is strong, where it goes wrong and how to recognise that.

Checking and fact-checking output

Verify output, spot mistakes and know when human review is required.

Use cases for your role

Examples per role group, plus a personal prompt library to take with you.

What we believe

A demo convinces. Practice changes.

That is why your team is at the controls within ten minutes, inside their own Microsoft 365 environment.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Practical questions about the Copilot course. Can't find yours? Ask it in a free intro call.

Who is the Copilot course for?

For anyone who works in Microsoft 365 and wants to work faster, from beginner to advanced. We train full teams, role groups such as sales, marketing or HR, or a mix. We tune the level and the examples to your group beforehand.

Is the course in person or online?

Usually in person at your office: the training is interactive and people share insights on the spot. Fully online or hybrid is fine too, for distributed or international teams. We decide the format together during the intro call.

How long does the training take?

Most organisations choose half a day of 3.5 to 4 hours per group, sometimes with a refresher a few weeks later. The exact length depends on your goals and level, which we set together in the intro call.

In which language is the course taught?

In English or Dutch, depending on your preference and the group. For international organisations we combine both: English sessions for overseas teams and Dutch ones for local teams, on site or online.

Do participants need a Copilot licence?

For the hands-on part, yes: people practise in their own environment, so a laptop with Microsoft 365 and an active Copilot licence is needed. No licences yet? Then we first advise on a sensible licensing strategy.

How quickly can we start?

After a free 30-minute intro call you receive a proposal within a few days. A first course is usually scheduled within two to four weeks, per team or role group, on site or online.
