Licences aren’t adoption.
A licence grants access, not skill. The gap between the two is exactly where we work.
Learning comes first
First learn to use it, then make it work
The course is the core. Advice, adoption and agents build on top of it.

What exactly does Copilot Cursus do?
We help organisations make Microsoft Copilot actually work: advice on licensing and security, hands-on Copilot training, adoption guidance and custom agents with Copilot Studio. Copilot Cursus is powered by Gaide, the AI consultancy that has trained and guided organisations with AI since 2022.
We already have Copilot licences. Why doesn’t adoption happen on its own?
A licence gives access, not skill. Without training, people don’t know what a good prompt is or where to check results — after an enthusiastic first week, usage drops off. That is why we combine training with role-based use cases and follow-up.
Which organisations do you work with?
Organisations on Microsoft 365, from SMB to enterprise — in the Netherlands and Belgium, and internationally. We tailor the content to the roles involved: sales, marketing, HR, finance, IT and management each get their own examples and exercises.
Are you affiliated with Microsoft?
No. We are independent specialists in Microsoft Copilot technology and not affiliated with Microsoft Corporation. That independence is exactly why we advise honestly on what Copilot will and will not do for you.
How quickly can we start?
After a free 30-minute intro call you receive a proposal within a few days. A first Copilot course or Copilot scan is usually scheduled within two to four weeks — per team or role group, on site or online.
